I - What kind of information do we collect

Share content in our Services

People use our Services to connect with other people and share content with them. To make this possible, we share your information in the following ways:

People with whom you communicate and share content

When you share content and communicate using our Services, you choose the audience that can see what you share. For example, if you share your location, you select the contacts that can see your location. In the same way, when you accept a contact as your protector, he can consult many things such as the steps you have taken during the day, your battery level in the mobile or if you are in a Wi-Fi zone, if you requested it.

IV - How can I manage or delete information about me?

You can delete your account at any time you want. You can also cancel your subscription to the newsletter we send to our users. When you delete your account, we will delete the latest data that you share with your protectors in the last 24 hours, such as your location or the places you have been. The information associated with your account will also be retained until the account is deleted.

You can also request your data, if required, in Settings > Request my data and we will send them by email to the address you provide us or by sending an email to dpo@durcal.com. V - How do we respond to legal requirements or prevent harm?

We access, preserve and share your information with regulators, law enforcement and others: In response to a legal request, if we have a good-faith belief that the law requires us to do so. We can also respond to legal requests when we have a good-faith belief that the response is required by law in that jurisdiction, affects users in that jurisdiction, and is consistent with internationally recognized standards.
